Personality: "What you're expecting some sweet little girl with a heart of gold that's kind to everyone? That's just pathetic."

|Masochistic|Seemingly sadistic|Manipulative|Secretive|Dark|

Katherine to others who do not know her on a very personal level may seem sadistic due to her inflicitng pain on others whenever she deems fit. Those who do or did know her on a more personal level would probably describe her as a manipulative bitch.Really she has a thing for her own pain though she doesn't really allow others to inflict pain on her she finds a way to do it herself. Katherine is a dark girl at times dwelling on things many would feel abnormal like self-harm but she talks about it freely and nonchalantly. She can seem calm even maybe happy in certain situations but don't let that fool you she can become dangerous at any moment and still not show anger. She has a thing of quoting Edgar Allen Poe but not often. Her outer appearance is contradictory to her personality but things about her past are completely off limits to anyone. Katherine doesn't keep many friends and those who consider her as a friend even know not to dare ever ask about her past or try to pick a fight with her because they know if they were to do either of those they'd probably be picking up their teeth with broken fingers while she simply walked away.

Katherine usually has an inviting air to her but really when she meets someone she (7 times out of 10) she's the complete opposite and if she gets the chance she won't hesitate to hurt you or manipulate you if it benefits her. Katherine is inexperienced in romance and tends to believe love does not exist but in reality she isn't even that fond of the word. If someone were to actually love her she would probably brush it off, not to be cruel, but because she wouldn't know what to do. She's unfamiliar with feeling love for anyone as she never has. Along with that the word sorry isn't something in her vocabulary. Never has she said it because she sees no reason for it as she won't ever show if she's feeling regret so the person would probably think it was an insincere apology so she thinks why should she bother? Katherine is the way she is now because of past events in her life that made her become this way. She didn't wake up one day and just decide to be the way she is it's something that had built up over time. She has learned to built up a wall over her heart to make sure no one ever got in. In reality she doesn't even know what it would be like to be the opposite of herself. She looks out for herself as she knows others do as well.

Powers/Abilities:
Pain Illusion- The ability to create a false feeling of pain on others. Sub-power of Illusion Manipulation and Pain Manipulation. Pain illusion is the ability to trick a individual's mind into thinking they are in excrutiating pain. Though it has no physical affect on the body. She can also make a person feel fine when they really the opposite.

Limitations: if used too much she is prone to headaches, or collapsing. She is unable to use the ability on herself to inflict or take away pain.
  • Can make a enemy faint with the pain.
  • Used as a form of torture.
  • Can drive a person insane with the pain

Telekinesis- The power to manipulate objects with the mind.

Limitations: If she utilizes it too much at a time or lifts too many extremly heavy objects she's prone to nosebleeds, collapsing, and/or black-outs.

Mind compulsion- With all vampires come this ability. It allows the user to control another person's mind by making eye contact, somewhat astral project into their dreams and overall erase the victim's memories or even alter them to the point where something is completely different about them. Compelled beings usually follow the instructions given to them by the vampire who compelled them to the best of their ability. Needless to say, this ability plays a vital role in keeping the existence of Vampires (and by extension, other supernatural races) hidden. Katherine is able to use this on noble and regular. turned vampires.

Limitations: She requires complete eye contact. Transitioning: After a human turns into a vampire, the compulsion wears off and the human begins to remember everything that was erased from their minds.

Flaws:
"Sigh.. you just don't know when to quit."
Inable to trust
Her fear of falling in love with anyone
Her past
She's actually secretly suicidal
Her habit of self-harm

Romantic interest: "Is that some joke?"

History: Katherine was born to vampire royals Queen Victoria and King James. She was unexpected, unplanned for, and unloved. Her mother used her as her personal ash tray while her father used her as a punching and blood-bag. Her mother on several occasions expressed her burning hatred for Katherine as did her father. Their actions proved this as well. She'd be beaten and punished for so much as making eye contact with either of her parents. Punishments would range from kneeling on hard raw rice for hours at a time, depriving of her of any human contact or necessities to live to her father dragging her down to the basement and beating her to a pulp or him tying her down and burning, and/or hitting her.

Victoria was no better. Her mother would show up when she was tied up and burn cigarettes into her. Due to such abuse those who knew about it were to keep quiet about it for fear of being killed by the royal family or being having their loved ones killed. For years all she knew was the pain her parents inflicted and their actions so she picked up on it. She was hardened from her ordeal and therefore changed from being the sweet, innocent, abused girl to a manipulative seemingly cold-hearted girl with tendancies to bend others to her will by either using mental torture or mind compulsion. It was one day where she had fought back as her mother was too weak to stop her but her father hated how weak his wife was and therefore killed her while Katherine had been forced to watch before he, himself commited suicide in front of her once again traumatizing the twelve0year-old girl. She soon got herself free and was the last remaining member of her family. As of right now she has not objectives of obtaining the throne as it serves no use for her. In SA no one knows of her true lineage but she doesn't want others finding out as she knows that if they make a move to try and harm her (as some might actually attempt to) in any way it could start an all out war and that would be troublesome for all of the races.

Other: Katherine has recently begun contemplating what it would be like to actually love someone or have someone love her.

It was early in the morning and for normal students in Japan they'd be readying themselves for school almost ready to leave but for the many students of Supernatural Academy they are on their way by bus. Within the very school and in the headmaser's office sat two people. The headmaster himself and his adoptive daughter. The headmaster was a type of witch and would probably end up having to explain why his 'daughter' was a vampire. Speaking of said daughter he had to make it an issue to keep her identity a secret along with every other royal-blooded species attending the academy. His daughter whom he constantly referred to as Katerina ,much to her dismay, was currently sitting across from him staring out the window.

Katherine was twirling one of her many curls around her finger and spoke up. "You know they'll be here soon." she stated breaking the silence between the two. The headmaster nodded and looked over much of his paperwork. He was about to say something when a knock at the door interrupted him. "Come in." he stated in his usal friendly demeanor. It was really rare to see any other demeanor coming from him. After he told whoever it was to come in a few people from what looked to be the "Board of education" or rather the Supernatural council had alerted Headmaster, Stridecaster, of his needed prescence to some meeting. The headmaster of course agreed and asked for a minute and he be on his merry way which they granted him. Once the members of the supernatural council were gone the headmaster looked over at Katherine. "I need you to greet the students and see to it that there questions and concerns are dealt with." he said and she had agreed to it.

Being elected student council preseident was great and impowering to her. She'd greet them with no problem and would definitely get to see some of the many students she'd be dealing with. The headmaster quickly left leaving Katherine alone until the buses arrived. "It's showtime." she said and was out of the office within seconds thanks to her inhuman speed. She had quickly made it to the front of the school walking normally and had no difficulty walking in the grass despite her choice of heels as her shoes to go with the frilly version of the girl's uniform. She looked over to all the students now coming of the bus and being met with the large scenary that is their school and temporary home for the school year. I am the student council president and I am here to welcome you all either here for the first time or here again." she stated with a smile before speaking up again.

"Curfew it at ten pm sharp. If you are caught outside of the dormitories or anywhere else on school grounds after that you will face discplinary action. Fellow council members are among you all and you'll be seeing them later. Now, any questions?"

Phaedra Avalynn...

Phaedra sat silently for the majority of the bus ride to the school, which was unusual for her because she usually had something to say. Truth be told, she felt fairly uncomfortable being surrounded by a bus full of her soon-to-be classmates whom she did not know yet. Some of them held power that words could not describe, and if she could sense their power with ease then she was pretty damn sure they'd figured out her powers weren't exactly developed. She'd been to human schools before, since her parents deemed it safe enough for her to attend for obvious reasons, and she had seen how the more dominant kids would treat the weaklings.

Phae's main fear was being the one that everyone laughed at, or the one that people thought they could take advantage of. It was at a moment of worry like this when she could just crawl into her mother of father's lap and stay there until the fear went away, but her parents were in a different place and she had only herself. Oh, and her cat, but of course she couldn't exactly pull him out of her bag. She wasn't sure what the academy's rules were on keeping pets, and she wasn't about to let them take Didget. No way in Hell. He was her only source of comfort.

As she returned to reality, she took a moment to look outside the window, her eyes widening a little at the sight of the large building that was soon to be her school. She knew then that maybe it wouldn't be as easy to find her way around as she might've thought or hoped. Her sense of direction was simply appalling. Her eyes scanned the group of people around her in an attempt to find someone that looked kind enough to latch onto in case of being lost. There were a few people that looked nice, and some others that she knew she'd probably want to avoid, but then again she never judged a book by its cover. If she just so happened to get stuck in a conversation with the less kind ones, she'd attempt to use her charm to get out of it, as she often did at her old school.

The bus came to a stop and Phaedra let out a sigh that would almost be inaudible to any human's ears. To be honest, she was not looking forward to the first week of school, when everyone was just getting to know each other and everything was new. She didn't quite know what to expect but she figured it wouldn't exactly be a nice experience at first.

She stood up and was the first to step off of the bus because she was in such a hurry to escape from the clammy air that everyone had been forced to share for however long they'd been inside of it. She curled her fingers around the shoulder strap on the bag that held a few small things inside, things that held no important. The main reason she had the bag was to smuggle her cat in. If the school didn't already have her bags, she was sure that her parents would send them, or flaunt their abilities by teleporting them. She rolled her eyes at the thought, before turning her attention to the girl whom she assumed had been sent to greet them.

"I am the student council president and I am here to welcome you all either here for the first time or here again," the girl said, not bothering to give a name, which Phae thought was fairly rude. Still, she said nothing. "Curfew it at ten pm sharp. If you are caught outside of the dormitories or anywhere else on school grounds after that you will face disciplinary action. Fellow council members are among you all and you'll be seeing them later. Now, any questions?"

She nodded her head, before raising her hand to attract the girl's attention. "Excuse me," she said politely, a smile brightening her expression, "how will we find our way around the building?" She figured she might as well ask, just in case no one else did and she was the only one that didn't know where the Hell she was most of the time.

Callista checked her phone excitedly, seeing that it was finally time to go. She was actually allowed back at school now. After the incident with that vampire, her father, King Soul had pulled her out for her safety, but now she was being allowed to go back. Hearing a knock on her door, she looked up. "Come in!" The door opened and in walked her father in his medieval garb. He always had to dress like that to keep up appearances but Callista was usually allowed to wear what she wanted. She just favored skirts. Today she was dressed in a white halter top and tan miniskirt, her usual out of school outfit. She would put on her uniform when classes began but she felt no obligation to do so now.

"Are you sure you feel okay going back? You don't have to. You can wait another year." Her father asked her cautioningly. She smiled and shook her head. Her father had always been more endearing towards her, not simply because she was one of the oldest and most well-behaved, but because she was the only one who didn't have a mother. "No, I'm ready. Don't forget it was you who pulled me out in the first place." He frowned and shrugged. "I suppose. Well, you better gather your things. Krysta will be here in a moment to take you to the school." He got up then and kissed her head lovingly before exiting the room. Smiling and giving a little leap of glee, she picked up her suitcase and prepared to leave.

It was daytime and she wasn't in her best shape since she was the faerie of the moon, but she was still energized enough to actively engage in school. It was during the New Moon where she couldn't even function, as the vampire girl had discovered way back when. Callista shuddered and forced the memory from her mind. She would never forget, but she could move on.

Once she arrived at the school, She got off the bus along with everyone else and she took in it's familiar landscapes. A girl, who she may have remembered from before but not that much now, spoke about the rules and Calli found herself tuning her out. Then another girl asked a question and she smiled. Calli had asked the same thing her first day at this academy. It was a nicely sized school, with many nooks and crannies in it.

Once the president, Katherine, if Calli remembered that many correctly, answered the girls question, Calli found herself moving forward to speak to the girl. "Hey there, my name is Callista, but you can cal me Calli. What's your name?"

Once having a girl ask her a question she smiled lightly and looked towards her. "There are three maps around the campus along with faculty, student council and students. I'm sure any of which should be of assistance. By the way how rude can I be, I am Katherine Goldsworthy." she introduced. Usually she's just let people figure out who she was but she figured why not introduce herself especially to those who are new. It was only a matter of time before those who were new got to know of her through circulated rumors with some of them actually being true. She waited to see if anyone else had any further questions before she left elsewhere.

She had wanted to see if the studet council room was now met to the expectectations of herself, the headmaster, and the student council. Of course she had to attend to the student body first before anything then be on her merry way like usual. She had a few other things to take care of a few rumors spreading of some new church being built under the order of the Supernatural council which Katherine deemed were all idiots. They were building a church ith an academy with demons roaming about who could be burned with holy water. This screamed like some idiotic rumor really but she got a hold of the building plans for it so it wasn't much of a rumor now she just needed to scare away those who were willing to attend to the church. It was mainy for the sake of the students, not just the demons, but the atheists and those that didn't want religiong thrown in their face and alo she was bored out of her mind and wanted something funt to do. "Anymore questions?" she asked to everyone awaiting to see any hand or have anyone speak up.

Phaedra Avalynn...

Phaedra's smile brightened a little when the girl looked in her direction with a similar smile. "There are three maps around the campus along with faculty, student council and students. I'm sure any of which should be of assistance," the girl said and Phae sighed out of relief. "By the way how rude can I be, I am Katherine Goldsworthy." Finally, a proper introduction. She held her hand out to the other girl, her smile broadening into a childlike grin. "Nice to meet you, Katherine, my name is Phaedra Avalynn, but feel free to call me Phae."

She lowered her hand to her side again, now fiddling with the rim of her skirt, which was way too short for her liking. She was tempted to ask for another one that reached a bit lower but then again she knew she'd come across as fussy, which wasn't an image she wanted to set for herself just yet. God forbid should the wind ever blow strongly. A blush reddened her cheeks merely at the thought and she pushed that thought to the back of her mind as the realisation came that there were telepathically-gifted students around.

Oh, fantastic.

Phaedra took a step back and decided to wait until told what to do. She wasn't sure if there was a tour planned or if they were allowed to just wander off and find their way, so she figured she'd just wait and see what everyone else was doing before she acted.

Mamoru Hidefumi...

Mamoru had spent the majority of the bus ride crouched onto his seat rather than actually sat on it, which naturally had attracted a few strange looks from the blonde sat a few seats in front of him. He might've changed position if he actually gave a damn about her opinions. Other people's views weren't really at the front of his mind most days and while often he was a little curious as to what people thought of him, he wasn't really planning on making any changes for anyone else, no matter what they saw when they looked at him.

Take for example his outfit. Whilst the rest of the students were wearing their odd-looking school uniforms, Ma was wearing his own outfit, which consisted of a baggy grey t-shirt with sleeves that stretched over his hands, baggy black bottoms that hung loosely off his hips and some white socks. He very rarely wore shoes, to be honest. Walking down the streets like this also earned him strange looks. But like mentioned before, he didn't care.

The bus came to a halt and he waited for everyone else to stand and exit before he got up. He walked down the bus, his posture slightly slouched, his arms hanging limply and his knees bent a little. His black hair fell in front of his eyes as he kept his gaze fixed on the floor. He jumped down the steps rather than walking down them, before looking up at the 'student council president' with a blank expression. She explained the rules to the group but he was too busy staring at a butterfly that was fluttering around above his head. His eyes followed it without fail.

"Anymore questions?" the girl who had introduced herself as Katherine asked, and he cleared his throat to let his presence be known. He sauntered over to the girl and stopped several inches away from her feet, staring up at her through his hauntingly black eyes. "I have a question," he said, his voice monotonous. "Where will be we sleeping?" He took a pause. "I have very specific bedroom requirements that must be met." He took a step back, though his gaze did not shift from her eyes. "If you are unable to answer, please direct me to someone else who I may actually be able to talk to."

It was a hectic morning for Seth. After getting up from his king sized bed, a bunch of servants came up to inform him that today was the day he went back to the school. Seth half-awake nodded as he went on to do his business in his bathroom. After he washed up and was ready to go, the servant’s words sank in. He was going to school today. Oh how troublesome. Seth put a hand on his yellowish face covering one of his purple eyes. Then scratching his head, he let out a sigh as he opened the door and was bombarded by bunch of servants. “Master” this and “Master” that, it was as if a whole choir was singing in front of him. Some would have liked to have their life handed to them on a platter, but not Seth. Yet he still went through the motions of being a royal werewolf simply to fulfill the expectations of his parents. He dressed up by himself after a struggle for power of his pants between him and the servants insisting to put them on him. Then he headed down stairs passed the halls and the livingroom, to the dining room table where his father and mother were seated. Seth took a deep breath as he stepped into their presence.

“Good morning son.”
“Good morning father.”

And so began the feast. Seth took a seat beside his father as was expected of him. There were nine more empty seats, and Seth could not help but wonder why he could not sit at the end of the table, far away from his father. After a hefty meal, Seth got up and walked outside to wait for the school bus to pick him up. However his father was not pleased with the idea of a royal taking a rugged school bus, and insisted that Seth be driven by one of their servants. After a couple of pleas, Seth had no choice but to get into the SUV, and be driven alone to school. It was no wonder he did not have many friends. Not that he cared.

When the driver arrived on school grounds, Seth requested to be let out in the back where no one would see them. Luckily the driver acquiesced and he stepped out of the car without being seen. After a bow from the driver, he went away, and Seth was left alone. He put his hands together to stretch them out, and let out a huge yawn. It was a relief to be out of the house. He looked up at the blue sky. Then Seth dusted his blazer, put his hand in his pockets, and walked casually to the front where the welcome session would be.

Once at the front Seth noticed a small group forming in front. From a quick sniff he could make out that the group consisted of two faes and a vampire. Oh and they were girls. Girls! Seth was drawn aback for a moment. The president of the student council were shouting orders and directions all which he was familiar with. Then his eyes wandered accidentally towards the blonde fae who took a step backwards towards his direction with a skirt one size too short for her. His face turned bright red, and he quickly averted his gaze at something else. Luckily a demon boy stepped out of the bus and thankfully covered Seth’s view of the girl as he casually walked up to the front and asked a question to the president. The boy wasn’t even wearing a school uniform. This should be interesting. Seth squeezed through the crowd to get a better view of the scene.

Ebony sat quietly and uncomfortably on the bus ride. Not because the seats were hard or uncomfortable in any way, but the school uniform just was not to her liking. Mainly because she could never get a good fit and it was too light and short.
Clothing had always been a problem so she started making her own clothes at an early age.
Also, the sun was shining right into her eyes and being used to living in a thick forest where sunshine doesn't always shine through, it annoyed her. All the other seats were of course taken so she had to shield her eyes with her hand during the whole ride.

She got off the bus as it came to a halt. She breathed the fresh air and the wind blew in her face, messing up her long black hair, but she didn't care. The student council president informed the rules and such, Ebony remembered from last year. As she answered questions, Ebony looked around her, she was fascinated by the other students. Some made her shiver, mostly out of excitment, not out of fear or insecurity. She smiled a slight wicked smile before heading off to on of the maps that the president have mentioned to make sure she knew where she was going.

Luna sighed in silent joy when they pulled up to the school. The building was huge and beautiful and the sight of it made butterflies in her stomach. Would she make any friends? probably not. She stood up from her seat and followed the line of students off the bus, a soft pink blush inflamed her cheeks as she down casted her eyes. She needed off before she fainted.
When the cool morning air hit her face Luna glanced up as she exited the bus and scurried a little ways from the ground. Luna's light flowery scent filled the air around her though she didnt have a tail and ears because she was out in public, so people will just have to be confused for the time being as she quickly dodged a body of a demon boy she had almost bumped into. She scurried away until there was a good 3 meter distance between her and everyone else then she down casted her bright spring green eyes.
Was it just her or did this skirt seem to short? She didnt know if it was just because of her height or the skirt really was to short but when Luna looked down all she saw was leg. To much in her opinion.
A scent caught her attention as Luna glanced up to see a tall boy come from around the back and her cheeks reddened when she realized who it was. He's a Royal! Darn it.
She quickly looked down at her feet as she listened to the student council president.

Phaedra Avalynn...

Phaedra gave a grin to the girl that had approached. "Hey there, my name is Callista, but you can can me Calli. What's your name?" she asked. "Hi there! My name is Phae, it's really nice to meet you, Calli." She offered her hand in greeting, before becoming distracted by the Demon and the president.

She was standing almost completely still as she watched the conversation between the student council president and a hunched over boy that looked around the same age as her, only his eyes showed off his true age without a doubt; he'd lived at least a century. She was in awe as she had never met anyone as old as that before arriving at the Academy. Something deep down inside was telling her that this wasn't even the beginning of the confusing but awesome things she would see during her school year.

It was then that she heard a light cough, which was presumably to attract her attention, and upon hearing it she turned her head towards two students, a boy and a girl, that had seemingly approached her for conversation. She turned her entire body around to face them as the boy spoke. "Hello, my name's Jasper. This is my sister Sapphire. May I ask your name?" he said softly, and Phae greeted them both with a charming smile. "Pleasure to meet you both," she said with a small curtsey. "My name is Phaedra, but I'm known by either Phae, Ava or Chirpy. Your choice!" she continued, soon followed by a small giggle.

She leaned to the side and eyed Sapphire for a moment, before straightening her posture and smiling down at Jasper, who was considerably smaller than her, which was surprising considering she was only sixteen and he couldn't have been much younger than her. "Kind of shy, ain't she?" Phae chirped, sounding almost concerned though her grin didn't fade for a second.

Delilah Rose Elbaum

Vampires.

Delilah bit the inside of her cheek to keep from screaming. What she would have screamed, she didn't know, but the simple fact that she was in the presence of the disgusting creatures was enough to make her want to stand up, open a window, and jump. Ending up bruised, bloodied, and with a few broken bones here and there seemed a far more inviting fate than being consumed by her own hatred.

Clutching the pile of notebooks to her knees as if she could hold in her emotions with a pile of paper, she sat in silence for the duration of the bus ride. Thankfully, it was short enough. Just like her skirt. Though she hadn't been sure it was possible just seconds ago, Delilah's frown deepened. The sun was shining right in her face, and she couldn't move an inch because another girl— a witch? She couldn't tell— had sat down next to her. So Delilah stayed put and fumed.

The bus lumbered to a halt once inside the school gates, and Delilah made her way to the front, desperate to just get out. She didn't particularly care how many toes she stepped on or how many sides she elbowed. She just wanted off. The vampires, the demons, the raw power— her own emotions, rife with a self-loathing dusted in a shade of jealousy she couldn't bring herself to acknowledge, were making her sick. Sucking in a few breaths of fresh air as quietly as possible, she closed her eyes and stood in the shadow of the bus for a few moments to collect herself. She couldn't show herself to the student body like this. She couldn't show herself to anyone like this. And while it wasn't technically required of her to make rounds introducing herself, she didn't like that Katherine bitch, and she wasn't giving her any leverage when funding was her responsibility.

Delilah huffed, paced, and slipped back into the crowd, where Katherine had already begun making opening announcements. She knew she was late, but it was unlikely anyone else did. She wasn't off to a bad start, per se, but... practically having a nervous breakdown to start off the year wasn't the most assuring of things.

She half-listened to what the president had to say, then set to greeting the students. I am so ousting Katherine in this year's elections, she thought to herself as she pasted a politician's grin on her face. Why, of all things, she was worrying about the end-of-year elections on the first day of school was beyond her, but it never hurt to be prepared.

Still grinning, she had already turned to the nearest student and extended her hand before realizing it was the girl she'd sat next to on the bus. "Oh," she let slip, almost losing her composure, "Nice to meet you. My name's Delilah Rose Elbaum, student council Treasurer. Lovely to meet you. And you are?" she asked, sizing the girl up.

Ugh. What she would give to not be here.

Katya Holly Elderglenn

Katya's respect for rules was all but nonexistent; with her headphones in, her own dress on, and her body splayed across one of the smaller seats towards the back of the bus, she was lost in her own world as though she wasn't being shipped off yet again to the prison of an academy she'd offloaded herself onto. She wanted freedom, not this pathetic excuse for an 'education.' What more did they want from her? She could read. She could write. She could do calculus, damn it. So why weren't they letting her go?

For the first time in her years at the Academy, Katya was was considering running away.

That consideration, however, had disappeared in a second's time as the sunlight caught her arms, sending what seemed like a thousand scintillating points of color spinning across the interior of the bus. It might have been a beautiful sight to behold had it not been shining right in her eyes.

Right, she realized, a hint of sarcasm pervading even the voice in her head. I'm a vampire, and I'd burn to a crisp if I didn't keep getting these hunks of metal refinished. Katya raised her arm and glared at the aforementioned hunks of metal, face its usual placid pool as she considered her options. She could take it off, try to make it as far as she could before the enchantments wore off. And then what? Hide in a hole?

But she was so sick of just wandering the grounds. She was bored, and her wanderlust was acting up again.

Using her fingernails, Katya pried open the back of her MP3 player and picked at its contents. She nearly fell off the seat when the bus came to a stop; though she saved herself just in time, the tiny piece of electronics wasn't so lucky, and it fell apart on the floor. Katya slipped her headphones around her neck just as they began to whine about the lack of a functioning source, and she shoved the pieces into her pocket to mess with later. The thing was surprisingly resilient, and it was likely only a flesh wound. That said, one more flesh would might have killed it— it was practically held together with duct tape.

Katya took her time in getting off the bus, and she didn't much pay attention to Katherine's speech, either. Who the Hell had elected her to the student council, anyway? Katya'd voted for that nerdy boy.

Annoyed, she huffed and slipped her now-silent headphones back on and played with her certainly-non-uniform dress. Well, she couldn't be bothered to give a damn.

Katherine was susrprised the slouching boy below her would ask such a thing she answered when speaking of curfews. "You'll all be sleepin in dorms. Any room specifications may be taken up with the Headmaster for authorization." she stated. It was time for them all to get settled in. "I guess thats it for now. Anymore questions you can ask student council members faculty or the headmaster." she stated and made her way into the school with a wave to the students. She had a few things to take care of and they should be handled with discretion and alone. Last thing she needed was the student council members with her.

First thing she had done was checked the student council room which was now remodelled. She had noticed a few looks when some of them realized what she was but she also noticed how some decided to zone out. She didn't very much care as it would now be their fault if they broke the rules and Katherine had the ability to handle it how she wanted alongside the Student council head of discpline. It was the first day already and several things had to be dealt with. A camping trip was coming up to sort of kick off the year and what many would refer to as a homecoming dance was occuring soon as well only it would be far from normal. Katherine soon made it out to the place where the supposed church would be built. 'Oh this year is going to be fun.' she thought.

Mamoru Hidefumi...

"You'll all be sleepin' in dorms. Any room specifications may be taken up with the Headmaster for authorization," the girl spoke and Ma let out an inaudible sigh. He figured she wouldn't able to answer his question how he had originally hoped, but that was what the Headmaster was for, he guessed. "I guess that's it for now. Anymore questions you can ask student council members faculty or the headmaster." Soon afterwards, the girl left with a wave and his blank expression shifted very briefly into a frown, only to return to its usual nonchalant expression.

His eyes fell to the other students and upon seeing nothing of particular interest, he decided it would be best if he just left them to it and wandered off on his own. He'd always been a sort of loner so he wasn't really the type to seek out companionship. As he sauntered through the school grounds, he came across one of the maps that he briefly remembered Katherine mention to the group. He looked up at it and chuckled monotonously as he realised that he wasn't at all educated. Reading a map was completely new to him. "Oh, fantastic," he muttered, his voice practically dripping with fake enthusiasm.

Well, he didn't know the school grounds well enough to wander without going into an area that was forbidden for students to enter or something like that, so he figured he'd just stand by the map until a stray from the group came and found him.

As the bus was emptying out, Cameron watched as she saw Serenity get out of the bus. She smirked and stood up, she looked at her own uniform and saw that it was perfect, she had the right size, she was wondering why she got a perfect size and Serenity didn't. Cameron only shrugged and grabbed her satchel and walked towards the front of the bus. Cameron looked out the window as she heard Serenity say, '' “H-hey! W-wait! I need to ask you… something…” Cameron took notice that her voice softened as the girl walked away and she looked like she couldn't have given a crap about Serenity. Cameron growled and walked towards Serenity, by the time she got to Serenity, her growl was soft and almost un-noticable. Cameron stopped her growling and sighed, she took a deep breath and said, '' So, you ready to make some new friends Serenity?'' She said that in a soft tone, since she was still peeved at the girl that ignored her friend.

Delilah Rose Elbaum

"I'm Ebony," the girl replied, her face as deadpan as her voice. "Ebony Aiken." Delilah's smile flickered a little. Honestly? She'd had to get the expressionless one. Delilah was tempted to just walk away, but years of rigid self-control hadn't left her rude. Instead, she extended a hand with a pleasant expression dusted across her features.

"Nice to meet you, Ebony," Delilah said, her voice warm but not completely devoid of its natural sharpness. Delilah was naturally the type to project herself well, and now was no exception. Her voice was firm, with the type of timbre well-suited to making speeches and giving orders. "A witch, I take it? It's always good to meet someone of our own kind."

And Delilah certainly wasn't lying. While she didn't necessarily like the girl, she harbors no particular dislike for her, either. After all, she'd met her only seconds ago. First impressions were nothing, and she wasn't going to pass up the chance to meet someone she might like. Delilah never passed up any sort of chance.

"I'm sorry our President's introduction was so brief. If you need anything or have any questions, feel free to consult me now or later." She smiled a bit with this. "So what year are you going into?" While Delilah wasn't one hundred percent sure Ebony wasn't an immortal and thus free of the years system, it was a reasonable-enough question. "I'm going into my sophomore year. You?"

Katya Holly Elderglenn

Katya hummed a gentle song under her breath, still pretending to wear her headphones over her cropped hair. She'd ignored the student council president's last few words, and she had no idea where she was headed, but she decided that she badly needed something to do. Still quietly humming, she whirled around on her heels and walked in the general direction of the library. She knew the grounds by heart, but the place was so old, vast, and magic-filled she could still pretend she was lost sometimes.

If she had been human, her heart, perhaps, would have been pounding from the run, but Katya's feet as well as her dead, still heart were silent as they crossed the soft earth. Though the laces of her boots had long since come undone, she was quick enough on her feet. As she dropped off the path and onto the wild grounds, her tights and the skirt of her dress caught on brambles, and Katya had to pause to pull herself free. In all honesty, she was glad. The few minutes of running had tired her out. She huffed, then leaned back against a tree to catch her breath.

Katya played with the pile of broken electronics in her pockets as she stood. She'd slipped the cord down through a hole in her collar to let it run parallel to her body, hidden beneath her clothes but allowing for a jack connection inside her pocket. There was no jack port to plug the headphones into, but the piece of metal stuck out inside her pocket anyway. She played with it while she hummed her small song.

She was so absorbed by humming her song that she almost didn't notice the spirit hovering over the creek ahead. Immediately, Katya froze, mood suddenly spiked with a jolt of excitement at the sight of the smokelike creature hanging over the water. She didn't dare move. Her body had gone tense at the sight.

"...et prix dan six-quatre temps," Katya sang to herself, her French accent questionable but her notes impeccable, "Du belle mar..." She'd skipped about half the song, but Katya, now riveted to her ghost-watching, couldn't be bothered to care. It was arguable whether or not she'd care even if she wasn't staring at ghosts.

As soon as Katha approached it, however, it turned to her, shifted, and disappeared as though it had absorbed its own form. Katya sighed. That always happened. She was bored again, now, too.

Katya turned again and continued walking. She was approaching a rather empty area of the school, one left relatively underdeveloped even though the rest of the school had bloated and grown far across the grounds over the years. Katya rather enjoyed this area even if she wasn't supposed to be there. That said, she wasn't supposed to be anywhere but the entrance or the dormitories right now, so a forbidden area would have been something hard to avoid, regardless. She didn't care much about rules; so long as she wasn't causing anything bad to happen, what good were they, anyway? Things forbidden for no reason always drew rumors and carried secrets, and the whispers were hardly worth their actual contents. As far as she knew, anyway, Katya was the only one there.

...or was she? Katya caught a shock of auburn hair peeking through the growth. At first, Katya couldn't quite make out who it was, as the figure was far away, but soon enough she realized who it was: the president of the student council. Katherine. How odd. What was she doing? Wasn't she supposed to be helping the students or something of the sort?

Well, that's why Katya hadn't voted for her. But her inadequacy as a president hardly detracted from her overall intrigue. Curiosity piqued, Katya crept closer on vampire tiptoes to get a better look at what was going on. While she hasn't intended to be hidden, Katha was fully sheltered by cool shadows.

Hm. This might prove to be interesting! She did love watching people, especially if they were up to no good.

When Katherine was almost to the place where the church was to be built she sensed another's prescence. It was one of her own kind. She turned and eyed the girl behind her. "You know it's very invasive to follow someone around and far from a smart idea to follow a person who can give you detention for having their privacy invaded." she stated to her. Right now despite popular belief of inadequacy as a president she was doing something to actually save much of the student body. WIth a church around meant much would be stored there. Things like holy water, vervain, wolfsbane, silver, iron, and several other things that could harm the student body. From the looks of it the church seemed to be an intimidation tactic.

"If you wish to come along I suggest you keep up." she stated. If they were both easily seen at any time then they'd be unable to know what was going on. Something seemed very off so far and so early in the year. Several royal-blooded species all in one place with a church that could harm them and the Supernatural council constantly roaming about. Something seemed very of to her and she'd figure it out soon enough but this girl who chose to follow her would get a sneak peak into a place that could harm the students that Katherine would bring down and having a student see it and possibly notify others of it and it would be much eaier to tear the place down before it had the chance ofbeing fully established.

Katya Holly Elderglenn

Katya had only followed the redheaded girl with her eyes for a few moments before she turned to her and said, "You know, it's very evasive to follow someone around and far from a smart idea to follow a person who can give you detention for having their privacy invaded."

The statement left Katya confused in too many ways to count. Evasive? She was hardly avoiding commitment. Sure, she was lazily following the up-to-no-good, mischievous little president, but... she wasn't sure if that was the right word to describe anything at all about the situation. At least, that wasn't at what she'd use. Yawning, Katya just fiddled with her headphones and ignored the girl. Besides, whatever happened to rule of law? Fair trial before a jury? Katya's American pride was beginning to rear her head even though she knew the tenets of democracy had existed long before the Great State of Kansas. Though she'd hardly picked up a textbook in the last year simply because she was too lazy to even try to begin studying, Katya was far from stupid; easily, she recognized the woman's abuse of her own privileges as president of the student council.

Was student council really that absurdly powerful, anyway? Katya frowned. 'Detention for invading privacy' was something of an odd offense. Not that she cared about risking going to detention anyway. She didn't even know where the detention hall was despite having racked up a good number of them as a result of her rather prolonged absences. When she stopped to think about it, Katya realized she was getting away with a lot. Katya stopped thinking about it.

It wasn't a terribly hard task, anyway, considering that Katherine had spoken again. Katya struggled to hear her through her headphones, which she still hadn't bothered to take off as of yet.

"If you wish to come along, I suggest you keep up," she added.

Now, Katya had no idea what that was supposed to mean— the girl wasn't exactly going fast, and even Katya could handle such speeds— but, as always, she kept a straight face and let herself drift with the flow of events. She didn't speak a word, only approaching Katherine with her hands in the pockets of her dress and her eyes trained straight ahead on the woman. It was almost as though she hadn't heard her— in fact, that was practically what had happened. For all intents and purposes, the trespassing girl, notably lacking her school uniform, was just ignoring the class president.

What the Hell did a class president even do, anyway? Other than Public Relations stunts, that was. Katya just kept following her because frankly, she didn't care what she said so long as Katya sated her own curiosity.

OOC: ShadowedxLove: I swear from the bottom of my heart I don't hate you or your character! Don't take either of my characters' feelings personally— they're just cynical people XD I know it seems like I just hate Katherine, but Delilah has some serious vendettas out for the girl (she's ultra-competitive) along with her usual jealousy issues. And Katya doesn't listen to anyone. Ever. And realize that you have to read her posts in a half-sarcastic tone of voice— that's her inner voice, after all. So please don't take it personally! I still like your character, and I didn't mean to have them both being not-too-keen on her, but... hey, circumstances. You're fine <3

Katherine sighed and turned from the girl. Katherine had something serious to work on. The last thing she needed was some girl coming along that doesn't care enough to seemingly anything. She needed to keep quiet so those around the are that are trying to build it or planning on how it will look won't here her. Either way last thing she needed was to have been followed and not know about it which was unlikely because of what she is. After a few moments she started using her inhuman speed and made it there pretty quickly. So far it had already a solid structure and things were being taken inside. From what she could tell it was vervain and wolfsbane being taken inside.

She was sure they already had holy water in there at some point. It was definitely and intimadation tactic. It was being create to keep all the supernaturals in order and keep them from defying the Supernatural council. If the Supernatural council creates a place where their weaknesses were in one place that could be at the council's dispoal at any time. It was a horrible idea and could go very wrong if the student body were brought to light about this and that was exactly what Katherne would make happed. Whther or not the girl with her told others about was no longer a concern because Katherine could easily get the word out and have many scared with a few who may do something about it and the supernatural council's plans ruined.

Katya picked up her speed as the other vampire did, feet dancing through the woods at a speed that pushed the limits of human capabilities. Katherine was much faster than Katya; it figured, though, since most people were. She nearly lost sight of the girl, but it wasn't long before they arrived in the clearing before a solid structure. Katya came to a stop and closed her eyes for a moment to catch her breath before standing up straighter— though, admittedly, not by much— to take in the sight before her.

At first, she wasn't completely sure what she was looking at. It was a small, squat structure not unlike a tiny house but infinitely more intricate. Despite its size, every inch of it was ornately decorated with flowing carvings of vines and and flowers. The tendrils snaked up from the ground as if the earth herself had built the structure from her very flesh and blood, intertwining themselves with the stone pillars that surrounded its base. A handful of steps led up to what she presumed to be the interior. Curiosity piqued for the second time that day, she took a step forward but found herself utterly repulsed by the thought of entering.

How odd. She stepped toward it again, only to feel that feeling of primal fear and nausea rear its head again. Katya stepped backwards this time and observed the structure from afar. Was it for religious use? The vines and the flowers gave it the feeling of an Arab masjid, but the panels of stained glass and the sheer intricacy of the building spoke otherwise. A synagogue, then? She knew close to nothing about religion— born into a family of vampires, she wasn't exactly able to join the townsfolk in going to church on Sundays, which had proved an odd challenge to surmount when she and her family had moved from New York to a small town in Kansas. She'd gotten the accent down flat, but their religious lifestyle was hard to escape. Luckily, the town's population of nine hundred was able to ignore the odd family— a luxury, from what she'd heard from the other vampiric families.

It wasn't long, however, before Katya caught sight of the cross over the doorway. Her stomach turned a bit at the sight of it. So it was a church. No wonder she felt sick on approaching it. Whatever the humans did to 'bless' their holy grounds, it worked to keep the vampires away. So what was up-to-no-good Katherine doing here?

Katya slipped up beside her and, with only the slightest trace of sarcasm woven into her words, whispered, "Odd. I didn't know you were one of them." By 'them,' she was referring to the religious, as she didn't know to which Katherine subscribed— for a vampire, any sort of religion was odd, as most grounds of worship allocated to the major denominations caused severe pain when entered by a vampire. The few religions she'd encountered were mostly Far Eastern or what the Europeans would have called 'pagan.' A vampire going to church was very... strange, seeing as they couldn't even set foot on consecrated ground.

Katya didn't say another word and instead continued on staring for a moment before lessening her slouch and moving to walk right up to the church's front door. She stuck to the shade, though, since the sunlight was beginning to burn— thankfully, she hadn't yet been forced to put on her uniform, so most of her skin was covered. She was sure it would be worse if she was wearing a tiny skirt and some pathetic excuse for a blazer.

With that, she started to sing again, this time just the tiniest bit too loudly. "Our lands abounds with flowers... hold them tightly in your hands; turn your heads up to the sky, and harmony we will find; underneath the watchful gaze of a sky so grand..."

"They sound like a... energetic duo." Ebony let another smile cross her lips, erasing from Delilah's mind the deadpan girl she'd been only moments ago. For someone who instantly put on a friendly face when she spoke to someone, meeting a girl who took a while to warm up to the conversation was almost refreshing. "I'm an only child, so I wouldn't really know what it's like to have siblings that get on your nerves. My cousin has always been close to me, but we haven't seen each other much, so we haven't had the time to get on each other's nerves."

And how lucky you are, thought Delilah, remembering with disdain her own summer vacation, I'm pretty sure all those boys can do is get on my nerves. She couldn't count the number of times she'd wished she was an only child. Luckily enough for her, though, the twins left her alone until they'd exhausted every other option. Luke and Casper were hardly a problem, save for the constant noise they created. Andy spent his time either tinkering with his computer or seducing women, so he was rarely home when he didn't need money, and Stephen, though doting, was intelligent enough to leave her alone.

What she wouldn't give for one of Luke's brownies, though. Or his cookies. Or practically anything he cooked. If there was one thing she respected about the dunce of a brother who hated her most, it was her cooking. And the fact that he could shut everyone else up. That way, she wouldn't have to shout over all of them when she wanted to make a point.

Ebony's voice cut through Delilah's thoughts, and she realized she'd spaced out a little. "So, are you in any clubs?"

"Choir and swimming," Delilah replied. She wasn't particularly good at either of them, but it never hurt to join a few clubs. "And sometimes I drop into the musi—"

“Ebbbbyyyy!!” something shouted out, latching itself onto Ebony's arm. An expression of incredulity drifted across Delilah's face, but she quickly regained composure, doing her best not to cringe or stare for too long. “It’s been so long!” There was a brief moment of silence before the girl added, “Etto… Was I disturbing something?... gomeneeee.”

Delilah sucked in a breath and became a diplomat once again. To speak her mind— to answer, 'yes, absolutely, now please go away and stop screaming—' would be rude, so Delilah only smiled and shook her head. "No, not at all. Nice to meet you," even though it was anything but nice to have her conversation butted-in-on by some loudmouthed girl who'd latched herself onto the person she was speaking to. Looking to Ebony, she asked, "Your cousin, I take it?" A smile curled one corner of her mouth. She extended her hand to whatever it was clinging to Ebony's arm. "Well, nice to meet you. I'm Delilah Elbaum."

Katherine was becoming annoyed with the girl. Didn't she know that the last thing either of them needed was to be sighted? She ignored her sarcasm as Katherine was far from religious. She sighed now ignoring her al together and began to stary from the girl. If she wanted to get caught by loudly singing in a church filled with things that could cause excrutiating pain to her so be it it wasn't of Katherine's concern. She headed elsewhere to find the priest whom she could tell by his scent wa a hybrid of sorts. A fae and a witch. Only as she got closer she came to figure out she actually knew this priest. 'Just great.' she thought.

Only as the sarcastic thought hit her it actually could be a good thing. Her mother was more demented than her and so picked up catholic religion and forced Katherine to become baptised and have her cmplete all her communions. It was pathetic in Katherine's opinon as one now Katherine was far from being innocent or a saint and Katherine would never wed certainly not in any church. The priest standing before her was the one to officiate her batism and communions. Once the priest eyed her it was surprisingly not a look of utter disgust but one of content. "It's been such a long time Katherine." he stated and steeped closer to her.

"Yes it has father and I must sk what made you want to bring about such a place here with many sinful students including those who are literally the spawn of satan." she asked him in her usual sweet facade. The look he gave her was expected as he knew she would ask that. "I wish to give the students a choice in their religion despite their species." he replied and Katherine could've actually laughed at his patheticism. His church back in the regular society was in need and so here in Supernatural academy she guessed he was offer a pretty hefty pay for bringing religion to the students here. His ignorance is what humored Katherine as she was sure he didn't know the church was a means of intimidation. It would be only a matter of time before she'd convince him to forget about a church here and trying to force religion on students who probably don't really care too much about it.

"Father I'm sorry but what you've been offered to do is not what is the truth." she stated and expected the look of surprise and questioning. "You see father this church is a means of intimidation by the supernatural council so that they can solidfy their control over the students. They have no interest in what you are trying to accompish." her words were honest and if her tone wasn't as kind as it sounded she would sound harsh, almost cruel in a way. I wasn't lie she care about that but the church could pose a problem to her and others if not rectified as soon as possible. The priest's expression of fury was aso expected and predictable of him and when he stormed off to the headmaster, presumably, she smirked and made her way back to the church. She didn't go inside she simply yelled out, "Hey girl whoever came with me I suggest you leave before the priest or nuns catch you." she stated lowly so no one else would hear except for the girl she came here with.

Katherine had begun walking back onto the normal campuse which was a good distance away from the church. SHe had business to attend to and she was sure now the church wouldn't be a problem anymore.
