Introduction
Acknowledgements: This is a casual, literate role-play inspired by Skins, a favoured British T.V. Show of mine and Love Actually. Not the film itself in particular, but the idea that all the characters are linked together in some way. Saint Adam's Agenda is set somewhere in Bristol in the year 1991, and was also born from an exciting period of Philosophy class, where the teacher wears purple beanies and lets us drink hot chocolate in cold mornings while he reminiscences about his “mad” teenage life.
Introduction: In the small room of guidance counselling, eight students are joined together shortly after the suicide of Adam Harper. Each other, they do not know, but Adam... He was known and loved by all, the greatest friend, saint of Norwich High – Everybody knew Adam. But even so, the question is raised: Why did he do it? Even his closest friends do not know. Adam left no note, no letter, and no recollection as to why.
Soon after, the rest of the students began notice Adam’s absence, so, naturally, the whole school now knows. Heartfelt speeches were made on the loudspeaker, flowers and cards were decorated on his locker, and almost everyone paid tribute in memory of Adam Harper. And with that, the ongoing gossip and rumours.
Characters: The eight students are made up of Adam’s closest friends and family. They were the first to know of the tragedy above everyone else, each of which have a role and background story that partook in Adam’s life.
One of Adam’s well known best friends, or, the best of his best friends. The two were in a secret relationship, hidden from view, especially from Adam’s girlfriend.

The music was heavy, a muffled sound to her ears, as if she were underwater. Her head was buzzing, her mind lulling her into a sinking sweetness. Everything around her thrived with life, swirling, breathing like a living thing. Twirling a finger in a lock of dark tangled hair, Emma giggled and gently pushed the strands behind Kori’s ear. Unmoving, she watched the bright colours on the walls melt away into nothing, and once again, she was back in her room. “Are you awake, Kori?” Emma whispered, resting on an elbow. Dark circles had formed on her eyes, and she knew that it was not just from lack of sleep. Emma knew that Kori was all sorts of mystery, the greatest kind, and at times she wondered if Kori were really her brother’s twin instead of her. If it was one thing that constantly clung to her, it was either drugs or alcohol, or even both. She’s the twin, not me.
The music had died away, quietening the house. Saturday afternoons were always quiet. The kind of quiet that allowed you hear the tiniest things - drops of water from the sink, the people outside, your movements, your breathing... Emma pushed open the window and leaned outside, letting the breeze in the hazy aroma out. She breathed in the air and felt the coldness bite at her skin, her white blond hair swaying gently. If anyone were listening, she prayed silently to herself that her brother wasn’t out there about to attempt to do something potentially dangerous, though she could bet that that was more than likely. Emma didn’t know what to do with Ian, or Kori. Other than to just stop worrying, which was simply impossible for her.
Nora's breath caught, and a lump rose in her throat. "A-Adam?" She stuttered. No. This couldn't be happening. Adam, the nicest person alive. No. Adam, her best friend. No. Adam her love. No. He was..dead? No, no, no, no, no. Not possible. Just simply no. But she knew deep down in her that it must be true, that no matter how impossible it seemed, that Adam Harper was gone. Forever. A tear slid down her cheek "I miss you already. C-come b-back." Another tear "Come back." Nora didn't move from that spot for a whole day, not eating, not drinking, just sobbing, and calling out to a person that was no longer in reach. She even called his phone 10, maybe 15 times, just to hear his voice again. "Hi, this is Adam. Sorry I can't get to the phone right now. Leave your name, number, and about the time you called. I'll get back to you ASAP. Bye!"

"Kori, c'mon, this is your third one in the past ten minutes." He puts it out with a small smile, Kori chewed on the inside of her cheek, obviously not happy about this situation, but she sighs. Kori wasn't one for words, a small shrug was all that she gave.
Colors began to swirl as a wind swept through, the darkness became thick black smoke, and Kori found herself coughing and reaching out for her brother in the darkness, but what she found was a bloody hand. Her breath was shaken, and she followed the hand up to familiar arms, ones that had welcomed her for so many years when she was spiraling. She blinked hard, her brothers face was in a solemn, unnerving slumber. The young girl's body crumples over her brother as tears fell from her eyes.
Feeling something strange against her palms, she opened her eyes, and she held her brothers ashes in her hands, letting out a scream, she dropped it, the ashes falling into the black abyss--
"....You awake Kori?" The voice echoed, the words formed like smoke around her...
A voice drew her back into reality, it was something soothing to hold onto as she pulled herself out of the dream with a struggle.
Kori awoke, grasping her sheets for a moment, then she shakes her head a bit.
"Last time I'm falling asleep while on an acid trip..." She grumbles, sitting up, her wavy hair falling about her face. Inhaling a bit she bites her tongue as she realizes that she'd fallen asleep -- once again -- at Emma's.
The sheepish girl turns to Emma with a small, almost disgruntled, smile, "Well... Uhmm..."
She stuttered out the words a bit and she shook her head, pressing the palm of her hands deep into her eyes, trying to erase the acid-laced dream. Clicking her tongue, she swings her feet over the bed, still recovering a bit as black spots filled the room from pressing her eyes so hard. Emma's room was a second home to her, familiarity is something Kori craved now that her whole world had turned on its head. She lets out a sigh, her eyes wandering, and they focused on her toes for a moment then back up to Emma.

Sorry about the absence. For some reason, I lost the ability to access this website from my home computer. I tried to come here and the page just loaded and loaded with a blank screen but nothing else happened. I even emailed tech support, since I was still able to access all other websites, but no one responded.
Anyway, I didn't know if this RP was still alive. I'm so sorry; I spent a hefty time on Ian and was eager to play him.

ChaosxChild13 - Please add some more info about Adam and Emma to Kori's character sheet, and you should be all ready to go ^^ I don't mind that you've written it in first person, but do remember that this role-play will be in third.
